Here are some "rich" black communities in America:

1. Union Dale New York.

2. Baldwin Hills California.

3. Fort Washington Maryland

4. Friendly Maryland

5. View Park Windsor Hills California

If these communities exist than we can rebuild in all of our other neighborhoods, this is only in two regions the east coast and the west coast where movies stars and celebrities reside. There are many other regions that needs a rebuild. Say it loud "Black Communities Matter"
